Why does plex keep crashing

I tried on both data and the same wifi that my server is hosted from, in my house. Anyone else having this problem or any potential solutions? My VPN is off so that's not the issue. I've recently started having problems with refresh-rate switching. I'm using PMP 1. But, when I play a 24p or NTSC file, and refresh-rate switching kicks in, the screen turns black and nothing happens. The TV has switched to the correct mode, but PMP is no longer the active window - doesn't respond to remote or keyboard.

When I stop the playback, the same thing happens again when PMP switches back to 50 Hz - black screen. If I turn off Display Mode Switching, there are no problems. I'm not sure if this a PMP problem or a Windows problem. The refresh-rate switching worked fine a few weeks ago. Jan 25, I've been using Plex for awhile now and I just installed an update. Now I can't access my server outside my network. It says: Not available outside your network Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network.

I don't want to identify a port, identify in router with port forwarding, etc. Update: Now it says Fully accessible outside your network but I am not able to access it outside my network. It does work on wifi though Update: Now it is back to Not available outside your network what a pita Is anyone else having this problem?
